1. Who provides the service

TopDesiderio is a board of personal profiles for adults to meet each other. By using the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Adults only

The site contains adult material and is reserved for people aged 18 or over. By entering you declare this under your own responsibility. Profiles of minors are deleted immediately and, where needed, reported to the authorities.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• One account per person. You may not pretend to be someone else or use other people's photos.

4. What you may publish

You alone are responsible for the texts, photos and messages you publish. It is forbidden to publish or send:

• any content involving minors or people who look like minors;
• photos or data of other people without their consent, non-consensual intimate content;
• offers of paid sexual services, prostitution, exploitation or trafficking;
• violent, hateful or discriminatory content, threats, harassment, spam, scams or advertising;
• any illegal content or content that infringes copyright or image rights.

5. Profile review

Profiles are reviewed before they are published. We may refuse, hide or remove profiles, photos and messages that breach these terms, and suspend or close the account, without notice in serious cases. You can report and block a user from the ⋮ menu on their profile or chat.

6. Meeting other users

We do not verify users' identity and are not a party to their relationships. Be careful: meet people in public places, never send money, do not share sensitive data. The controller is not liable for users' behaviour, on or off the site.

7. The service

The service is free and provided «as is». We do our best to keep it running without interruptions but cannot guarantee it, and we may change or suspend it. To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for indirect damage or loss of content; the rights the law grants to consumers remain unaffected.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your Profile («Delete account») or ask the controller to delete your account: your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes are announced on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring proceedings before the courts of the place where you live.
